Who am I?

My name is Inger and I work with people to create lasting transformation in their lives.

What that looks like for each person is different, but the common threads are the deeply honoring practices of embodiment and self-acceptance.

I came to this work through years of trying to resolve a lot of inner pain through outer explorations. Embodiment work brought all of my efforts in meditation, dream work, herbalism, Reiki, creative expression, and personal development together into a way of working with myself and others that honors the whole person and one’s innate wisdom.

But first I had to surrender into an intimacy with myself founded on curiosity, compassion, and courage.

As a result of doing this work the world shimmers before me, my intuition is heightened, I have a greater sense of my own sovereignty and enchantment, and am able to hold myself with more presence during stressful situations. This work is a moving meditation that allows us to integrate as we go.

You deserve to feel what it means to fully inhabit your own body and life, and to watch as your outer circumstances begin to organize around a fully embodied you.

What you’ll get:

This 8-week course will take you through the basics of cultivating an expanding sense of safety through your senses so you can ease into greater pleasure.

It’s said that the amount of joy we can experience is directly proportional to the amount of sorrow we’ve experienced. Likewise, for many of us, the amount of pleasure we can enjoy is directly proportional to the amount of safety we cultivate in our bodies. We travel between the two to expand our capacity to receive both.

I want you to be in full choice in every part of your life, not just answering to the parts of you that got stuck in an emotionally self-protective loop somewhere along the way.

We’ll set the stage for this part of our journey with practices that help you to feel and cultivate a greater sense of safety within yourself. Then we’ll move through the five senses to understand how you’ve been experiencing the world and decide how you want to experience it.

Each week we’ll meet on Zoom for an experiential and immersive hour and a half to explore safety and pleasure through the senses. You’re encouraged to join in the live calls due to the nature of the work and the beauty of community. Calls will be recorded.

We’ll also have an optional check-in call on another day during the week where you can ask questions, get feedback and reflections on your process. Time TBD by the group.

We’ll have a Facebook group where you can connect with each other, build community, get encouragement from your peers and support from me throughout, plus some delicious bonuses to be announced.
